A luxury hotel near Béziers

A 19th century wine estate entirely renovated and converted into a luxurious holiday residence, a restaurant with Mediterranean flavors, a Cinq Mondes spa, a wine cellar and first class hotel services, all on a surface of 200ha in the heart of the Languedoc countryside, in the South of France.

The estate offers 11 hotel rooms and suites within the castle itself, offering a view of the vineyards and the courtyard of the castle. Some suites have a private terrace and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The estate also has 19 private villas available for rent. These are old wine buildings renovated as top-of-the-range properties. The villas can accommodate from 4 to 8 people maximum. 10 villas have a private swimming pool and only one also has a jaccuzi.

Domaine & Demeure was founded in 2008 with the aim of transforming remarkable wine castles into emblematic tourist projects in Languedoc-Roussillon. The group strives to preserve and enhance the intrinsic beauty and character of the establishments in perfect harmony with their local natural, social, cultural and economic environment. It divides its activity into two parts: real estate development with the creation, marketing and management of second homes and tourism operations. Domaine & Demeure shakes up the classic codes of the luxury hotel business, breaking with customs, and offers an innovative concept of high-end tourism in France. Offering the comfort and service of a luxury hotel and private outbuildings in a chic and relaxed atmosphere. Domaine & Demeure currently has three establishments in its collection, the third of which will open its doors in June 2021. These showcases are the result of a partnership between the winemaker Laurent Bonfils and the Irish hoteliers Karl and Anita O'Hanlon (Domaine & Demeure) who have been participating in the renaissance of the Languedoc region for several years.

The estate's vineyards extend over 63.2 hectares around the Château, with clay-limestone and sicilian terroirs where different grape varieties are expressed, namely Chardonnay, Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vineyards offer wines of pleasure, pure and elegant, in AOP Languedoc and IGP Pays d'Oc.
