In the heart of the Côtes de Provence, Mickael Latz and Kitty Rachinel welcome you to the Domaine des Aspras, located in Correns, green village of Centre-Var considered the first organic village in France. Cottages with beautiful pool and views of the vineyards and hills.

The estate is surrounded by 25 hectares of their vineyards in the 1st french organic village, Correns, in this natural setting surrounded by white hills that gave their name to the estate (aspras = rocky ground in latin). For a stay in the heart of our organic vineyard where peace and authenticity are surrounding us, our bastide can welcome your family.

The Bastide, main part of the whole estate and the harvest house, with aspect of a bastidon (litlle bastide) where restaured and decorated with charm keeping their authentic soul and will allow you privacy for the 2 double bedrooms "ensuite". We welcome guests from northern europe as we speak scandinavian languages like danish.

Since 3 generations, the Latz family works with lot of respect and passion the land of Domaine des Aspras. Attached to the familial motto "Know yourself first", she, with Robert Nourrisson, the cellar master, engages to produce exceptional wines and to share them.

Organic wines in AOC Côtes de Provence and IGP Vins du Var in the 3 colors.
