Aurélie Bertin, the winemaker of the Château des Demoiselles, offers in a Provencal bastide of 1830 located 30 minutes from Cannes and Saint-Tropez guest rooms designed as charming suites. Antique furniture, noble materials, swimming pool... The house can be privatised.

Welcome to Château Des Demoiselles, magnificient terroir of 300 hectares, green and forested, located in the inland region of the Var department, next to the Gorges de Pennafort, 30mn from St-Tropez and Cannes. The Château Des Demoiselles was puschased in 2005 by the Teillaud family, owners of the famous Château Sainte Roseline at the Arcs sur Argens. Expressive, delicate, wines of the winery and the B&B please every guest coming….

The estate was renamed Château Des Demoiselles to pay tribute to its precious cuvée and director, Aurélie Bertin, who gives her feminine and modern touch to the estate, keeping its provencal character : welcoming and friendly.

AOC/AOP Côtes de Provence
Those wines are produced from a rigorous terroir selection. Rosé and white are made out of direct press juice in order to preserve their freshness and vivacity.
For red, a long time in tanks followed by an ageing in oak barrels for 12 months in order to give it all its delicacy.

Marie-Aline, Jean-Etienne et François Matton, owners of the Château Minuty in Gassin on the Presqu'île de Saint-Tropez, recently acquired La Bastide de Verez, an authentic domain in High Environmental Value.
