With the Village & Château Castigno, Marc and Tine Verstraete imagined, in a small village in the mountains of Languedoc, a boutique-hotel and guest rooms scattered in old stables and houses of grape pickers.
Restaurants, bars, swimming pools, tastings, workshops and classes, relaxing treatments…
You will stay in one of the rooms of about 15m2. Wine grower style with private terrace, stay in peace. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 5min walk from the village square where you will enjoy your breakfast as well as the restaurants of the area.

Arrival at the estate in the afternoon
Complimentary glass of wine upon arrival
Guided tour of the winery and tasting of 5 organic wines from the estate, with a 180° view of the vineyards (45min)
Dinner at the Table Castigno, 1 Michelin star gourmet restaurant.

DAY 2

Meet at the Orsetti de Sète Ferry Terminal for 9:30
Walk around the pond of Thau
Visit to a cookie and madeleine factory
Visit of an oyster farm nestled on the edge of the pond: tasting of oysters with a typical glass of white: the Picpoul de Pinet!
Free lunch in Pézenas and free time to stroll through the narrow streets of the historic centre
In the afternoon, your guide will take you to an old winery to taste its wines in front of the vineyard with local cheeses, olives and tapenade
Return to Sète around 16:30
